Returns

We accept returns for items within 30 days from the date of delivery.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. 

Returning your Items

Once you have notified us of your return, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund within 14 days.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.If the items have been returned due to a fault or error on our part, we will also refund the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the items, in all other instances the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

Certain items are exempt from the right to cancel, including:Custom-made or personalised items, which are made to your specific requirements.Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Faulty & Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue, and we will arrange for a return and resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may initiate a return once you receive the item.
