Processing times vary depending on the order size. Small orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 days, while larger orders or terrain sets may take up to 10 days or longer. Please note that some items are made to order, which can affect shipping times.

Do you accept custom or personalised orders?

Yes, we do! While we don’t design the products we sell, we’re happy to accommodate requests for specific colours or sizes. If you have a design file you’d like us to print, we’ll do our best to assist, provided it falls within our capabilities.

Custom orders are produced specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. 
Once a custom order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Our products are primarily created using FDM printers with PLA, a biodegradable plastic known for being lightweight yet durable. This material is ideal for a wide range of applications, balancing both sustainability and strength.

Absolutely. All our orders are shipped with tracking, primarily through Royal Mail, though we may use other couriers for larger orders. Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
