SHIPPING POLICY

At Potshotprints 3D, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days. During busier periods, such as Christmas, this may extend to 5–10 working days, however, we will aim to reflect this on our website. In-stock items are usually dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 4pm, Monday-Friday. As a 3D printing business, many of our products may show as in stock but are made to order, which allows us to ensure each item is crafted with care. Custom or large orders may take longer to process, and we’ll notify you of any delays.


Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We currently offer a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and we aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible.

Collections
We offer collection from our address in Ringwood between 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. If you require a collection outside of these hours, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable time. An email will be sent once your order is ready for collection—please do not attempt to collect before receiving this confirmation, as some items are made to order and may not be immediately available.


Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. Please allow for processing times when placing your order, as some items are made to order and may take additional time before dispatch.


International Shipping:

We currently offer international delivery to EU countries. Shipping to other international destinations can be arranged upon request—please contact our customer service team to see if this is possible. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method, typically taking 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.


Shipping Delays:
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses, nor are we responsible for any dispatch delays if your address is incomplete and we require further information to ship this.
