SHIPPING POLICY

At Potshotprints 3D, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 10 business days. Please note that custom or large orders may require additional time, and we will notify you promptly of any delays. As a 3D printing business, many of our items are made to order, ensuring you receive a product crafted with care and precision.


2. Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We currently offer a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and we aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible.


3. Domestic Shipping:
We ship throughout the UK via standard, expedited, or express delivery, with shipping times typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days depending on the method selected. Please keep in mind processing times when choosing your shipping option to ensure timely delivery.


4. International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method, typically taking 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact our customer service team if you would like an order shipped internationally.  


5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.


6. Shipping Delays:
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience in these situations.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.
